Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats with the milk for 20 seconds first so they break down completely.
  2. Add the liquid to the blender first, then the yogurt and soft ingredients, then the frozen fruit and ice. Blend on high until completely smooth, 45 to 60 seconds.
Notes: Blending the oats first gives a smooth, creamy texture with no chewy bits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
